Finally, a gangbuster jobs report.

Nonfarm payroll employment increased by 337,000 in October, and the unemployment rate was about unchanged at 5.5 percent, the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor reported today...

This followed job gaines of 139,000 in September and 198,000 in August (as revised).

Some of the increase appears due to construction jobs associated with the weather problems in Florida.  But even abstracting completely from advances in the construction sector, we would still have well over 250,000 new jobs created in October.  Maybe this expansion is finally getting a new story line.
