A significant focus of our work is partnering with organizations that use the CLIFF tools to advance economic mobility and financial security for workers and families. We partner with policymakers, business leaders, education and workforce training providers, and other nonprofits. Together, we analyze changes in practices and policies that can increase opportunities for economic mobility through career pathways. We also support training and evaluation for partners that use the CLIFF tools directly with workers for career and financial coaching. This work supports community and state efforts to improve economic mobility for families and meet the talent needs of businesses.
Note that the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta does not provide grants or funding to the general public or to partner organizations. We do not endorse or make any representations as to the suitability of partner organizations or their programs, and we do not advise on distribution of funds by partners.
