Community and Institutional Partnerships
The Atlanta Fed has partnered with Circles USA to customize its Dashboard and Planner for Circles Chapters in Utah and Wisconsin to inform policy and practice. Circles USA will gradually expand the work to other Circles USA chapters. The tools will be used to:
- Identify benefits cliffs by analyzing how public benefits interact with in-demand career pathways in specific geographic areas. Stakeholders in the workforce development system can use this information to support workers and job seekers in moving toward economic self-sufficiency.
- Pilot the CLIFF Planner in a career counseling setting.
- Analyze interactions and identify possible policy solutions for a coordinated response supporting workers' movement along pathways to in-demand careers in key industries that pay sustainable wages.
