As of July 27, the Federal Reserve's balance sheet showed total liabilities of $4.5 trillion, reflecting a decrease of $1.3 billion since June 29. Other liabilities and reverse repurchase bank agreements decreased by $39.6 billion and $94.7 billion, respectively. Banks' reserve balances increased by $133.1 billion during the same time period.
