The aggregate unemployment rate for Sixth District states fell from 7.9 percent in November to 7.8 percent in December, the same as the unemployment rate for the nation last month.
The Sixth District's labor force participation rate (LFPR) ticked up from 60.7 percent to 60.8 percent in December, while the national LFPR has remained at 63.6 percent for November and December.
