Applications for mortgage loan refinancing increased almost 2 percent over the week ending March 22, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association's refinance index.
The seasonally adjusted purchase index increased more than 3 percent over the same period.
Additional detail:
- The market volume index for all mortgage loan applications revealed a 12.24 percent increase since the first week of January 2013 and a 15.52 percent increase since one year earlier.
