According to Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey, over the week ending June 13, the average rate for a 15-year fixed-rate mortgage increased 7 basis points (bps), to 3.10 percent.
The average rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage increased 7 bps to 3.98 percent.
