Total existing home sales declined 1.2 percent from May to June, and sales of single-family existing homes also fell 1.1 percent. Both remained ahead of the year-earlier level, up 15.2 percent and 14.5 percent respectively. The months' supply of available existing homes rose slightly in June, to 5.2 months.
