The United States added 162,000 payrolls in July. Including July's figures, payroll growth has averaged a solid 192,000 per month so far in 2013. However, the number is skewed up by February's 332,000 gain. Revisions for May and June resulted in a net downward revision of 26,000 payrolls. May was revised from 195,000 to 176,000, and June was revised from 195,000 to 188,000.
