Results from the Conference Board's survey on current conditions continued its upward trajectory, rising to 81.7 points in February from 77.3 in January, a six-year high (April 2008 = 81.9). Conversely, the University of Michigan's results dropped slightly to 95.4 in February, which is lower than both January and December.
