Nonfarm payrolls grew by 192,000 in March. Gains for previous months were revised up by a cumulative 37,000: January's figure was revised from 129,000 to 144,000, and February's from 175,000 to 197,000. Government payroll growth was flat (zero gain), thus all gains came from the private sector. Private employment is at a new all-time high, now above the prerecession peak by 110,000.
