Crude oil prices averaged $18.38 per MMBtu in April, which is up 1.2 percent on a month-over month basis. Natural gas prices averaged $4.66 per MMBtu, down 4.9 percent month over month. On a year-over-year basis, both types of fuel increased: crude oil prices were up 10.8 percent, and natural gas prices were up 11.8 percent.
