Crude oil prices averaged $18.63 per MMBtu in July (down 2.3 percent on a month-over-month basis), and natural gas prices averaged $4.01 per MMBtu, down 12.3 percent month over month. On a year-over-year basis, crude oil prices were down 1.2 percent and natural gas prices were up 10.5 percent.
