Nashville Branch Announces Reappointment, Appointments to Board of Directors

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta announces the reappointment of Amanda W. Hite, and the appointments of Laura Ritchey and Chris McKee, to the Nashville Branch board of directors.
Hite was reappointed by the Board of Governors to serve a three-year term ending December 31, 2028. She is the president of STR at CoStar Group in Nashville, Tennessee. Hite serves on the executive board of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Ritchey was appointed by the Atlanta board of directors to a three-year term ending December 31, 2028. She is the president and chief executive officer of GEODIS Americas in Brentwood, Tennessee. Ritchey was named the Nashville Post Most Powerful Woman in 2025, and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. McKee was appointed by the Atlanta board of directors to an unexpired term ending December 31, 2027. He is the president and chief operating officer of McKee Foods Corporation in Collegedale, Tennessee.

- W. Bradley Southern, chair and chief executive officer of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation in Nashville (term expires December 31, 2026),
- Marshall E. Crawford Jr., president and chief executive officer of The Housing Fund Inc. in Nashville (term expires December 31, 2026),
- Adam L. Wright, chief executive officer for Pilot Travel Centers LLC in Knoxville (term expires December 31, 2027), and
- Shanna Jackson, president of Nashville State Community College (term expires December 31, 2027).
Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta branch directors provide economic information from their industries and the branch territory to the district Bank's president and head office directors, who use the information in discussing monetary policy options and making discount rate recommendations. The Board of Governors appoints three of the Birmingham Branch directors, and the Atlanta head office directors appoint four.
