Atlanta Fed Announces Senior Vice President in the Office of Employee Benefits

Paul Visconti was named senior vice president of plan administration in the Office of Employee Benefits, effective May 26. In this role, Visconti will provide strategic leadership for the administration of the System's retirement benefits programs, including program design, vendor oversight, process optimization, and long-term planning.

Visconti brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience spanning human resources, finance, and treasury functions. His background includes significant expertise in total rewards strategy and organizational transformation across complex, highly regulated sectors. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve System, he served as vice president of total rewards and HR operations at Avangrid, where he led large scale enhancements to employee benefit offerings. He also spent more than a decade overseeing retirement benefits at Advance Publications.

He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Stony Brook University.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta serves the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which encompasses Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and sections of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. As part of the nation's central banking system, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta participates in setting national monetary policy, supervises numerous commercial banks, and provides a variety of financial services to depository institutions and the US government.
