Robert S. Boh, president and chief executive officer of Boh Bros. Construction Co. LLC; Matthew G. Stuller Sr., chairman and chief executive officer of Stuller Inc.; and Anthony J. Topazi, president and chief executive officer of Mississippi Power, have been reappointed to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's New Orleans Branch. Their terms begin Jan. 1, 2010, and run through Dec. 31, 2012.

Boh Bros. Construction Co. LLC, based in New Orleans, operates in Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Georgia. Boh is past president of Louisiana Associated General Contractors and past chairman of Ochsner for Children Board of Councilors. He is a director and past president of the Boy Scouts of America, Southeast Louisiana Area Council. Boh earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and an MBA from Tulane University.

Stuller began his career as a jeweler apprentice and salesman in 1968. In 1972, he founded Stuller Inc. in Lafayette, La. The company has grown into North America's largest jewelry manufacturer and distributor. Stuller is a board member of the Gemological Institute of America, a former member of the Louisiana Recovery Authority, and a former chair of the Louisiana Economic and Workforce Development Committee. He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and received an honorary doctorate degree.

Topazi has served in his current position since 2004. Before joining Gulfport, Miss.-based Mississippi Power, he served as executive vice president at Southern Company Generation. He began his career with Alabama Power in 1969.

Topazi is chairman of Momentum Mississippi, the Gulf Coast Business Council and the Mississippi Partnership for Economic Development. He is past chairman and a current member of the Mississippi Economic Council. He serves on the boards of directors of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation and the Infinity Science Center, and on the advisory board of the Knight Foundation. He previously served as vice chairman of the Governor's Commission on Recovery, Rebuilding and Renewal. Topazi earned a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University and completed the advanced management program at Harvard University.

Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta branch directors provide economic information from their industry and the branch territory to the district bank's president and head office directors, who use the information in formulating monetary policy and making discount rate recommendations. Boh was reappointed to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's New Orleans Branch by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. Stuller and Topazi were reappointed by the Atlanta Fed's board of directors. The Board of Governors appoints three of the New Orleans Branch directors, and the Atlanta head office directors appoint four.
