W. Bradley Southern has served as chief executive officer of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation since 2017 and was named chair in 2020. Founded in 1972, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation is a leader in high-performance building solutions and manufactures engineered wood products that help meet the demands of builders, remodelers, and homeowners worldwide. Louisiana-Pacific Corporation’s extensive portfolio of innovative products includes siding solutions, structural solutions, and oriented strand board (OSB). Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation operates more than 20 manufacturing facilities and employs more than 4,000 team members across North and South America.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Southern served as executive vice president and chief operating officer from 2016 to 2017, executive vice president and general manager of OSB from 2015 to 2016, senior vice president and general manager of siding from 2012 to 2015, and various executive-level positions with Louisiana-Pacific since joining the company in 1999.
Mr. Southern serves as chair of the board of directors of the Nashville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He is a member of the National Association of Manufacturers and the Forest Products Association of Canada.
Mr. Southern holds BS and MRF degrees in forest resources from the University of Georgia.
