Dana Kilborne has served as chief executive officer for Cypress Capital Group and president and chief executive officer for Cypress Bank & Trust based in Melbourne, Florida, since 2019. Cypress Bank & Trust was originally founded in 1996 as a Florida-chartered boutique corporate fiduciary in Palm Beach, Florida, and transitioned to a bank and trust company in August 2021. Cypress Bank & Trust has five full-service offices throughout Florida with additional trust offices in Winter Haven and Naples.
Prior to her current role, she served as copresident and chief commercial officer for Sunshine Bank. She served as founding president and chief executive officer for Florida Bank of Commerce and as president and chief executive officer of FBC Bancorp.
She is a member of the board of directors of the Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Florida Bankers’ Association, Economic Development Commission of the Space Coast, HealthFirst Inc., and NCMIC Insurance Company.
She earned a BS from Canisius College and an MBA from Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
