Laura Ritchey

Laura Ritchey serves as president and chief executive officer for GEODIS Americas Region. In this role she oversees the region’s multiple business units, including contract logistics, freight forwarding, and transportation across eight countries. GEODIS is a leading worldwide provider of customized transportation, warehousing, global logistics, and supply chain solutions. With 50,000 employees and a network of more than 160 countries, GEODIS recorded more than $13 billion in revenue in 2024.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Ritchey served as chief executive officer of Radia, Inc. from 2021 to 2024. Radial Inc. is an American multinational ecommerce company that provides supply chain services for brands. Prior to this role, Ms. Ritchey served as chief operating officer for Centric Brands and FullBeauty Brands, respectively. She also held various executive-level positions with L Brands, Victoria Secret, and Limited Brands Inc.
She is a member of the board of directors of the Nashville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Ms. Ritchey is also a member of C200, The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business Dean’s Council, and the Tennessee Business Leadership Council.
Ms. Ritchey holds BA, MBA, and JD degrees from The Ohio State University. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar, and she is a certified public accountant.
