Melissa B. Rogers is president and founder of Noble Plastics. Incorporated in 2000, Noble Plastics has offered product realization services through engineering and design, robotic assembly systems, and injection molding services. Noble’s manufacturing services have been provided to the energy sector and original equipment manufacturers in addition to veterinary, consumer, sporting goods, and defense industries.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Rogers served as business manager for KnightHawk Engineering Inc. from 1995 to 1996. Prior to this role, she served as senior engineer for Texaco from 1990 to 1995.
Ms. Rogers serves as chair of the board of directors of the New Orleans Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. She is a member of Louisiana State University’s Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering Board of Advisors, Mechanical Engineering Industry Council, and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, College of Engineering, Dean’s Advisory Council.
Ms. Rogers received her BS in mechanical engineering from Louisiana State University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Louisiana.
