Nancy Donahue serves as a director in the Payments Forum of the Atlanta Fed’s Research Division. She oversees the day-to-day activities of the Federal Reserve Payments Study.

Biography

Nancy Donahue joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta in April 2008, working in the Retail Payments Office, which is now part of the Federal Reserve Financial Services. Since 2018, she has been part of the Payments Forum and was promoted to director in 2024.

Prior to joining the Atlanta Fed, Nancy had a nearly two-decade banking career in both branch operations and loan and deposit operations.

A Florida native, Nancy is based at the Jacksonville Branch of the Atlanta Fed.
