Perspectives on Fair Housing

This session focused on the economic importance of fair housing, which has a direct link to wealth creation for households as well as economic development and growth for communities and regions. The panel also featured Alanna McCargo, vice president of Housing Finance Policy at the Urban Institute, and Penn IUR codirector Susan Wachter. Vincent Reina, assistant professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the Weitzman School of Design, served as moderator.
