Business Inflation Expectations Increase to 3.1 Percent – March 2023

Firms' inflation expectations for the coming year increased significantly to 3.1 percent. Sales levels compared to "normal times" decreased, though firms' profit margins compared to normal remain unchanged, according to the Atlanta Fed's latest Business Inflation Expectations survey.
