Jennifer Staley is lead business analyst in the community and economic development department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. In this role, she advances the team's operational excellence by leading special projects and managing business operations. Prior to her current role, Staley developed educational content and conducted outreach at state, regional, and national levels for the University of Colorado. Previously, she worked as director of the Regional Economic Information Network (REIN) and senior economic and financial education specialist in the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. In her role as REIN director, Staley established business and community networks to gather and analyze anecdotal information about current economic conditions in order to support the Bank's development of monetary policy. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dickinson College and holds a master's degree from the University of New Orleans.
