Q: How do I reserve and pay for a conference hotel room?
A: Once you've registered for the conference on the Atlanta Fed's Web site, the bank's conference coordinator will forward a hotel reservation form to you. You will contact the hotel directly to make a required room deposit. The hotel will refund deposits if it receives a cancellation notice 3 days prior to the day of arrival and issues a cancellation number. (The conference hotel room rate is $199/night, not including taxes and fees.)

Q: How do I get to the Jekyll Island Club Hotel from the airport?
A: The Atlanta Fed provides free airport transportation to all conference guests to/from the conference hotel. The hotel is approximately 1 hour from the Jacksonville, FL, airport and 20 minutes from Brunswick, GA, airport.

Q: Is there a conference registration fee?
A: There is no registration fee for attending this conference.

Q: Is food included in the conference?
A: Conference attendees will be provided a continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and a lunch buffet on both days, November 5 and 6, and dinner on November 5.

Q: What dress is appropriate for the conference?
A: Business attire is appropriate for the November 5 evening dinner. Dress will be casual for the conference policy sessions.

Q: Can a guest attend conference events?
A: Because of space constraints, guests are asked not to attend conference events.
