Racial Inequality and Disparities in Financial Markets, the first conference of a planned annual series on this important topic, brings together economists October 14 and 15 for an active exchange and discussion.

The virtual conference, hosted by Kris Gerardi and Bin Wei of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and Feng Zhao of the University of Texas at Dallas, will feature presentations and discussion on six papers. The agenda includes 20 minutes for each presenter, 15 minutes for each discussant, and 10 minutes for an open discussion of each paper.
