The conference location is easily accessible by public transportation. It's a short 10-minute walk from the New Brunswick train station. From the Newark airport, the New Brunswick station is a 30-minute train ride on NJ Transit. The New Brunswick train station is also about an hour train ride from both New York and Philadelphia.
