Digital Skills Building
The Rework America Alliance has compiled free tools and resources to help workers build digital skills, or the capabilities needed to use devices, data, and computers. Specific skills include problem solving with technology, using basic tools (such as Microsoft Word or email), and interacting with computers or other devices.
Rework America Alliance Training
This training provides a framework for the workforce ecosystem to identify effective and affordable training opportunities for low-wage workers to secure higher-paying positions.

Career Coaching Training
This training provides a series of modules to identify nontraditional career pathways, postsecondary training options, and career exploration data sources. It also teaches career coaches how to analyze the local, regional, and state-level economic data and how to prepare themselves and their clients with basic digital skills.

The Job Progression Tool is a digital tool designed for career coaches that enables them to support job seekers without a four-year college degree. The tool determines advancement opportunities based on career shifts that other workers have achieved historically.
