The Center for Workforce and Economic Opportunity and our partners are developing resources to advance strategies to fund, finance, and invest in workforce development.

    Talent Finance explores private sector-led solutions and innovations in finance to better invest in people. This approach seeks to build a new consensus and movement.
    Workforce Realigned: How New Partnerships Are Advancing Economic Mobility is a project with Social Finance and the Atlanta and Philadelphia Feds about innovative workforce partnerships that build more adaptive, results-based models of funding and risk-sharing.
