Christy Thomas is the chief financial officer of BLOX in Birmingham, Alabama. BLOX works with retail and healthcare providers across the United States to bring health clinics, additional patient rooms, and free-standing emergency centers into service.

Ms. Thomas recently served as the chief financial officer and executive vice president of administration for Milo's Tea Company Inc., a family-owned business headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. Milo's is a manufacturer and distributer of consumer beverages sold in over 30,000 retail locations in 45 states, with over $250 million in annual revenue. Before this position, she served as vice president of finance and global controller for North Highland, a global consulting firm with over $400 million in revenue.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Thomas served as vice president of finance at Mohawk Industries, in strategic planning and analysis for the Home Depot, and as vice president of finance and accounting at Equifax.

Ms. Thomas is chair of the board of directors of the Birmingham Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and a member of the Momentum Leadership Board in Birmingham and the Greater Birmingham Humane Society. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the Financial Executives Institute.

Ms. Thomas earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA in taxation at Georgia State University.
